WEBBERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL: 43
The Byron Girls Varsity Basketball team had a very strong offensive showing against Webberville on Friday night winning 83-43. The Eagles played great team basketball racking up 21 team assists and every girl scored at least 2 points with four girls scoring in the double digits.
Ashley Glass once again led the Eagles on offense scoring 18 points and recording 6 steals, 6 assists and 4 rebounds. Maylee Hatt had 18 points and 5 rebounds, Jessica Marvin had 14 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists, Riley Gadola had 12 points, 4 steals and 4 rebounds, Haley Hooley had 8 points and Jenna Orlando had 6 points, 6 assists and 4 steals,
Byron's record is now 8-1 overall and 3-0 in the GAC Blue. The Eagles travel to Mt. Morris on Tuesday 1/16.
