The Byron Varsity Volleyball team competed in a quad with Lake Fenton, Linden and Swartz Creek held at Linden High School on Tuesday August 23. The Eagles ended the day with a record of 1-2 with a win against Lake Fenton (25-15, 25-16) and losses against Linden (20-25, 25-14, 18-25) and Swartz Creek (15-25, 22-25).
Parker Viele had 20 assists and 25 digs. Maylee Hatt had 10 kills, Rachel Patterson had 9 kills and Payton Beard had 10 aces. Overall the girls are playing well and are starting to find a good rotation according to Varsity Coach Autumn McGuire.
