The Byron Middle School Girls Basketball team hosted Beecher on Wednesday night. The 7th grade team played a very good game but lost 44-23. The 8th graders moved to 7-0 with a 51-19 home win vs. Beecher.
Sarah Marvin posted a double-double with 19 points, 12 rebounds, 7 steals and 6 assists. Makayla Clement had 11 points with 8 rebounds. Julia Lane had 8 rebounds, Mallory Lawrence added 5 boards and Becky Marvin scored 5 points.
